The Mentra App is what a rep uses all day - recording, transcripts, notes. The Mentra Live Dashboard is what an admin or manager uses to see the whole team at once: live calls, outstanding follow-ups, deal journeys, forecast and coaching. The app feeds the dashboard; you don't enter anything twice.

Yes - Mentra Record is on the App Store for iPhone. The Android build is finishing store review now.

We highly suggest it, because dedicated hardware performs much better than a phone mic: 20 hours of battery, three microphones for cleaner capture, and recording that keeps going even when your phone is not in your hand. Cleaner audio means better transcripts, and everything downstream is built on those. Once you've connected a recorder at least once, you can also record with the phone's own microphone.

Thai and English, auto-detected by default. You can also pin a specific language in Settings if your calls are consistently in one or the other.

No, and it's worth being clear about. It's a heuristic that sorts deals for pipeline review, based on how much is outstanding and how long a deal has been quiet. It helps you decide what to look at first. It is not a statistical model of whether a deal will close.

Messages from LINE and email can be brought into a deal alongside the calls, so the analysis covers the written half of a relationship as well as the spoken one. Your customer, promotion and product lists can also be loaded in, which is what lets the system spot an offer a customer qualifies for but nobody has mentioned.

On your phone. Audio is sent out only for the brief moment it takes to produce a transcript, and isn't kept as a copy on our servers afterwards. Your notes and transcripts also stay on the device unless you've joined an organisation's workspace.

No - not by us, and not by any provider that touches it. We don't sell your data either.

Only if you enter their invitation code in Settings, and only the transcript text and AI summaries - never the call audio. Mentra works fully as a solo app if you never join one, and you can always see which organisation you're connected to.

That depends on where you and the other party are, and it's your responsibility to know. Some places require only that you know the call is recorded; others require everyone's consent. Mentra reminds you before each recording, but the obligation is yours.

Recording keeps going. If the live transcript connection drops, Mentra reconnects on its own. You won't lose the call over a momentary signal issue.

Yes - both recordings made on the M1 Recorder while the app wasn't connected, and existing audio files on your phone such as Voice Memos. Import first, then transcribe whenever you're ready.

The app starts with 15 free hours, once per account, then tops up in 10-hour packs with no subscription and no expiry. The M1 Recorder and the Live Dashboard are quoted per organisation - see pricing or get in touch.

Both, from Settings. Export your notes and transcripts as a file, set notes to auto-delete after 30, 90 or 365 days, or delete your account outright. There's an account deletion page if you can't sign in.
