Mentra Recording / Mentra Live Dashboard

Not a folder of recordings. A set of answers.

The Mentra Live Dashboard is where a manager sees the team rather than a single call. Every view exists because someone running a team needed to know something and had to go and ask around to find out - and every answer opens onto the transcript underneath it.

Highlights

Four things it does that a CRM never will.

Open Items

The follow-ups nobody wrote down.

A rep promises a quotation. A customer asks a question that never gets answered. A concern gets acknowledged and then forgotten. None of it lands in a task list - it just sits inside a conversation. Open Items reads the call history of a deal and surfaces what's still outstanding, with the moment it was said attached.

Ask

Ask the whole pipeline a question.

Not a search box over filenames - a question put to every deal history you have, answered from what was actually said. The answer comes back with the deals and quotes it drew on, so you can check it. If the conversations don't contain an answer, it says so instead of inventing one.

Which deals are waiting on us for pricing?
Three deals have an outstanding pricing request. Two are past the point where the customer was told to expect a number.
  • Siriporn Trading · quotation promised 12 Aug
  • Northgate Logistics · revised pricing, 8 days
  • Pana Foods · asked for volume tiers

Revenue Recovery

The offer nobody thought to make.

Your promotions and eligibility rules sit alongside the conversations. When a customer qualifies for something that has never come up on any call in the deal, it shows up here. It's a prompt to go and look, not a verdict - matching is done on wording, so an offer described in unusual terms can slip past.

Forecast

A forecast you can open up and argue with.

Deals sorted into buckets from what the conversations actually show: what's still outstanding, how long it's been since anyone heard from the customer, and which qualification evidence exists. It's a way to decide what to review first, not a probability that a deal will close - and every bucket opens onto the transcripts behind it.

Every view, and the question it answers

The rest of the dashboard, in one table.

The question
Where it's answered
What you get
Who is the team talking to right now?
Live calls
Calls in progress with the rep, the customer, how long it's been running, and the transcript arriving as it's spoken.
Which calls still need filing, and can I read them back?
Saved recordings
Every finished recording, filtered by customer, deal or rep - with transcripts, editable details, and grouping into the right deal.
Where is this deal, and how did it get here?
Journey
The current stage, the history of how it moved, the reasoning behind each move, and the calls that back it up.
What keeps going wrong, and who is up against us?
Intelligence
Objections and their root causes across stalled deals, plus which competitors are being named - each with the customer's own words attached.
Who handles this well, and what do the rest not know?
Coaching
Real examples of an objection handled well, paired with the questions reps are getting asked and can't answer.
What does the system actually know about my customers?
Raw Data
Your customer, promotion and product lists, loaded in and kept current, so eligibility and product context are part of the analysis.
Can it see the written conversations too?
Connections
LINE and email brought into the same deal as the calls, so the written half of a relationship isn't missing from the picture.

Honestly

What the AI is, and what it isn't.

Decision support, not a decision

Mentra finds patterns across conversations that nobody has time to read in full, and points at the places worth a closer look. It does not decide anything, and where money, contracts or a customer relationship are involved, the transcript is the thing to check - which is why every insight links back to one.

  • The forecast is a prioritisation signal for pipeline review, built from the state of a deal. It is not a probability of closing, and shouldn't be read as one.
  • Qualification evidence is drawn from what was actually said. Missing evidence means the conversation didn't cover it - not that the deal lacks it.
  • Stage history is only as complete as the recordings grouped into that deal.
  • Revenue recovery matches on wording, so a promotion described in unusual terms can be missed. Treat it as a prompt to look, not a final answer.
And your reps stay in control of what they share

A rep's calls only reach a dashboard if they enter their organisation's invitation code. Even then, only transcript text and AI summaries are shared - call audio never leaves their phone, and they can see which organisation they're connected to at any time.

See it with your conversations in it.

Tell us how your team works and we'll show you what the dashboard would look like against your own pipeline.
